Baccarat Banque Policies

Punto banco is bet on with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards valued less than ten are valued at their printed number and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Wagers are made on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not really people; they simply represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then given to the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The value for every hand is the total of the cards, although the beginning digit is ignored. For instance, a hand of 5 and 6 has a value of one (5 plus 6 = 11; dump the 1st ‘1′).

A third card will be dealt using the following rules:

- If the player or bank has a value of eight or 9, the two players hold.

- If the gambler has less than five, he takes a card. Players otherwise stand.

- If the player holds, the banker takes a card on a value lower than five. If the player hits, a table is used to figure out if the house holds or takes a card.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The greater of the 2 hands wins. Winning bets on the bank payout 19:20 (equal cash minus a 5 percent commission. Commission are tracked and paid off once you depart the game so be sure to have money remaining before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pay 1:1. Winning bets for a tie typically pays out at eight to one but on occasion nine to one. (This is a awful wager as a tie occurs less than 1 in every ten hands. Avoid betting on a tie. However odds are substantially better for 9:1 vs. 8:1)

Played correctly punto banco provides generally good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Method

As with all games punto banco has a few general misconceptions. One of which is close to a misconception in roulette. The past isn’t an indicator of events about to happen. Recording past results at a table is a waste of paper and an insult to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and possibly the most favorable plan is the 1-3-2-6 plan. This technique is used to pump up profits and minimizing risk.

Start by betting 1 dollar. If you succeed, add another to the two on the game table for a sum total of 3 dollars on the second bet. Should you succeed you will hold 6 on the table, remove 4 so you keep two on the 3rd round. If you succeed on the 3rd round, add two to the 4 on the table for a total of 6 on the fourth wager.

If you do not win on the initial round, you take a hit of one. A profit on the initial wager followed by a loss on the second causes a hit of two. Success on the first two with a defeat on the 3rd provides you with a take of two. And wins on the 1st 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you experience no loss. Winning at all 4 rounds gives you with 12, a gain of 10. This means you can not win on the 2nd bet five instances for every favorable run of four wagers and still are even.
